Q: I placed my order online - when can I expect delivery?
A: At Medscope we aim to despatch stocked items within 1 working day if you order before 2pm on any business day. If you order after 2pm on any business day, your goods will be despatched the next business day. If you order after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, your goods will be despatched the following Monday. We despatch orders either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post or DPD. You should receive your goods within 1-2 business days of despatch. In most areas, Royal Mail does not deliver recorded items at weekends. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order within 1-2 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order.
Q: Where can I obtain copy invoices?
A: If you have created an online account, simply log in to view past orders and invoices. If you do not have an online account, you contact our customer service team and we will email a copy. Please provide your order number to help us find your information quickly. This will be on your confirmation email.
Q: How can I return a product?

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We can only deliver to customers inside the UK.
