Q: I placed my order online - when can I expect delivery?

A: At Medscope we aim to despatch stocked items within 1 working day if you order before 2pm on any business day. If you order after 2pm on any business day, your goods will be despatched the next business day. If you order after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, your goods will be despatched the following Monday. We despatch orders either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post or DPD. You should receive your goods within 3 business days of despatch. In most areas, Royal Mail does not deliver recorded items at weekends. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order within 1-2 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order.

Q: Where can I obtain copy invoices?

A: If you have created an online account, simply log in to view past orders and invoices. If you do not have an online account, you can Contact Us and we will email a copy. Please provide your order number to help us find your information quickly. This will be on your confirmation email.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: All orders over £40 to mainland England and Wales qualify for free delivery. We do charge for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, and other more remote areas. Our standard delivery charge is just £4.49 ex VAT (£5.39 inc. VAT) - further details can be found on our Delivery Charges Page

Q: How can I return a product?

A: We are sorry that you would like to return your product, but further details can be found on our Returns Policy Page.

Q: My order is missing or incomplete

A: If you fail to receive your order, or have missing items, please Contact Us and we will be happy to investigate.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: We primarily trade online and would prefer all orders to arrive via the website. However, if you are having difficulty please Contact Us and one of our customer service team members will be happy to help.

Q: How can I create a credit account?

A: Please Contact Us and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist.

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We offer European and worldwide delivery covering many countries. Costs and transit times vary considerably - to see our list of international destinations please click here. Please note that we are not always able to deliver all products to all countries for reasons beyond our control. Please Contact Us with your specific requirements.

Q: Do you offer a click and collect service?

A: Yes, we do! Click and collect is not available as standard on ALL products but where available, will be offered as an option at the checkout. Once your order is ready you will be notified by phone or email and your goods will be held for 48 hours.

Q: Do you offer VAT Exemption?

Q: Do you offer engraving services?

A: Unfortunatley at the moment we are not offering an engraving service for any products.
