Delivery
The dispatch times (when the goods will leaves our warehouse) and the delivery times are as follows:

Medscope will dispatch your goods within 1 business day.

- If you order before 1-30pm on any business day, your goods will be dispatched (leave our warehouse) on that same day.
- If you order after 1-30pm on any business day, your goods will be dispatched on the next business day.
- If you order after 1-30pm on a Friday, or during the weekend, your goods will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Business days are defined as any weekday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) excluding public or bank holidays.
We send all orders by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. This means that you will usually receive your goods within 3 business days of dispatch (normally sooner). Please note that, in the majority of areas, Royal Mail does not deliver recorded items at weekends.

A signature is required for all parcels. If there is nobody present to sign for the parcel, a card will be left, allowing the receiver to either arrange a re-delivery, or to go and collect the parcel from their local Royal Mail delivery office.

The Royal Mail target time for international delivery is within three working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the rest of the world.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items are in stock, this is sometimes not the case. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date, offering you the chance to amend or cancel your order as you see fit.

Guarantees
All products from Medscope are guaranteed for 12 months or more.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you are about to buy, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

All the blood pressure monitors manufactured by Omron and A & D come with a 2 year manufacturers guarantee.

If any product you buy from Medscope does not function perfectly within the first twelve months after purchase, we will replace it for you (subject to the conditions above).


Medscope Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

WEEE Regulation 2006

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 (WEEE Regulation)

Aim: To lower the impact that electrical and electronic equipment have on the environment.

All Electrical and Electronic Equipment made after the 13th August 2005 should display the following symbol on the packaging or product.

This symbol aim’s to encourage the householder to dispose of the WEEE separately from the house hold waste.

Currently approx 75% of waste electrical goods end up in land fill and can cause contamination to soil and water.

As part of Regulation 33 each EU Member State now has a legal obligation to minimise the disposal of WEEE into landfill sites and we all have a responsibility to contribute to the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE.

As a responsible distributor of WEEE goods we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE that goes in to land fill and offer a free take back service on a like for like basis when you purchase a new machine from us.

As a customer you can return your old WEEE to us within 28 days of a purchase to the following address.
